📍Ah Heng Mee Sapi, Greenhill Corner Legends are forever. Many Kuchingites swear that this the BEST Mee Sapi of all time. Since 1985, this stall of nearly 40 years is currently at its 3rd generation. What I loved most was the FAMILY spirit; the father and mother guiding their children in this trade, scrutinizing their every move, ensuring that the best quality mee sapi is served to regular patrons. It's a collection of stalls offering various foods and drinks that were suitable for breakfast (and any other meal time actually). They're open since 7am, and I arrived there at something like 7:05, and it was already quite crowded! We must order the food and drink we want, pay directly to the seller, and wait until our order is delivered to our table. I only had time for bread, eggs, and coffee, but they were fulfilling! And I paid less than RM10 for all of it. The next time I go to Kuching, I'd love to go back to try other...
