OYO 1173 Mandyrin Hotel — Hotel in Borneo

For the first time Me & family experienced the most worst hotel ever. Very disgusting bed sheets. Torn bedsheets & moldy plus unwashed pillow cover. No comforter given. The worst part is, no water. I didn't realized until my kids need to number 2. Then can't flushed the toilet due to no water supply. Complaint to receptionist and told us today whole Sibu town no water supply. I know it can't be true. Even if it true, the hotel should have the water tank stocked up on the top of building. So I asked for refunds. Then I was told can't get the refunds. Then waited like few hours still hoping for water supply restored and asking for refunds. Then finally reached the owner via phone. At last, only refund for half of a price I paid. For me that's not fair at all. This hotel doesn't even deserve even a star rating. Totally not recommend to anyone. All the photos promoted in the booking apps is not real. "Indah...

Best thing on this hotel was probably the receptionist, she was fine and check in also check out was good. The room was already not that good, especially because I didn't found any working electric plug so I wasn't able to charge my phone... Also tried to plug out the TV but still didn't worked (Room 154). AC okay, hot water not working, beds okay just the duvets could be better, at least bigger in size. WiFi i found 3 networks but only one was working with provided password, the problem is, it was too slow, almost not going and especially the signal was loosing. That another two was seems to be better but I wasn't able to connect. Only that one which almost didn't reach my room. Toilet flushing not working well either. Cleanliness seemed to be okay. So in the end i think too expensive for that...

Called twice but never answer phone. When arrive, very disappointed with the condition. Wall full with mold, bed is covered with unknown black dots (good thing can remove one by one), pillow is super dirty and yellow, not sure why highlight on agoda hygiene plus when there is no hygiene at all. Bought 1 double bed and 1 single bed (superior suite) but was given 3 single bed. Very disappointed!!! Moreover, no toilet paper and hairdryer provided. Toilet unable to flush. In conclusion, there are other better budget place to stay rather than here so save...
