Puzzle Restaurant — Restaurant in Sarawak

Very poor services and not recommended to dine in at this restaurant. I'm having a high tea at this restaurant with my family and friends. It's one of the restaurants in the 5⭐ hotel in Kuching, of course, you'll have high expectations. The booking systems already have a problem. They didn't confirm my booking via email or WhatsApp until I decided to contact them then they make my booking properly and ask me to pay for the reservation which is not a problem for me. When we arrived at the restaurant around 14:30 the next day the food was already less at the buffet area with no more plates and cups. Very slow refill even though they said the High Tea time starts from 14:00 - 17:00. The front desk and the restaurant staff was very slow and not even alert with the buffet area. The food is not worth the price. It's called High Tea but they only have 2 types of cake, 2 types of sandwiches, meatballs, almost rotten fruit, and green not really matcha white chocolates. At 15:00 they did not refill the food anymore. After we were done with the "HIGH TEA" one of the waiters claim that I didn't pay yet for the buffet even though it have a record in the WhatsApp conversation a day before the event.
