Our first time here, recommended by a fellow. Service is alright, very friendly owner. Nice atmosphere, big open air. Food selection is widely varied: they have cooked food, abc ais kacang, ice creams (only two flavours though), seafood, chicken and beef, veggies and soups.The price is also cheap. Minus a star is because the food, especially seafood are not fresh and cleaned thoroughly. We had a hard and disappointing time finishing crabs that we took. We didnt take mushroom especially enoki because it looks very dry and almost rotten at the food bank. We hope they can improve on the freshness food. Came by there randomly as we were walking on the street and it was our 1st time eating steamboat in Malaysia! Had dinner there for 2 and half hour, buffet unlimited at 30 MYR. The people working there are so so nice and helpful, they show us what they have, super friendly and explain us how it works! That's how service should always be! Wonderful experience, thank you very much, we had a great and fun dinner and finished very full! Make sure to come early, we arrive at 6pm when they open, and around 7:30pm every table was almost full! Positives I find the variety of food and sauces is great (5/5).

Negatives The noise pollution (3/5). The unhygienic utensil (5/5): The utensil for the soup pot has a foul smell. As I was scooping out the hot soup and tasted it I smelled something else. And told my friend about it and he was so shocked. But, I manage to get a new one on display and smelled it to check, the new one is fine so we used that. The smell is almost like urine from a particular four legget small animal.

Conclusion I was so excited to bring my friend to this place due to the first experience eating here. But, the second time round now I have second thoughts for any...
