I came here after almost a year from my previous visit because of their dim sum promo. Everything is misadvertised. For the opening time for Saturdays, they only open at 11am not 10 am as advertised online and at the restaurant entrance. The advertisement also says RM5 per set. But when you're seated, the ad on the table says RM5 ONWARDS. (My orders came out to be RM5 each, but what's with the mixed info on ads?) The gyoza dumpling is very poorly made. The skin was so thick and filling so little, I could only taste flour. The chickennsiew mai was OK but the second basket we got was smelly. The chicken smell was too strong. As if it was cooked while still frozen or because the meat wasn't fresh. Their portions are also smaller from what I remember. I am guessing the same chef doesn't work there anymore because overall the food was really not as tasty as before and the choices were very, very limited. Big disappointment. Oh, and regarding waiting time, just make sure you are not rushing for another appointment if you're going...

The problem i have with this restaurant,
they tends to forget your order. Not sure if it is a trend. Few tables beside us had complaint as well for the missing dishes ordered. Do check your bill before checkout.
When serving dishes, they use barehand thumb inside the dim-sum 蒸笼 (not sure what to called in english). Thumb and finger touched the dishes. Pecking duck ordered, they use barehand to flip the duck. Not hygienic.
Look closely to the working staff (server), when they place new cutlery, they blow onto the bowl and plate and use barehand to wipe the bowl and plates which are dirty. Some of the cutlery on my table are still dirty....
Read moreExcellent sambal midin as many places always sold out; perfectly cook with great local sambal. Though being crowned as best dim sum in Kuching, we don’t find it as impressive. The mini egg tart was a miss; the crust was dry & custard relatively dry too. Orr Nee paired with house special sauce (peanut based), i find it a bit heavy; I would prefer to be coconut or milk based kind of sauce. Restaurant ambience was good & service was great; attentive staff.
The hotel carpark system which linked to the next door shopping mall can be confusing. Hotel lobby restroom not living up to Pullman standard for sure. Overall not quite the “Pullman” standard one...
