Location: 4.75🌟 I think the location is very good, beside the river and also nearby other big hotels. It may not be super central so its not as noisy/busy which is a good spot I think. Not to mention, the river view is fantastic especially during the night where the river is decorated with a lot of nice lightings. Morning view of the river is also good. There are some eatery spots but its not a lot nearby (maybe around 10 mins walk) there's area with more eateries. However, right outside of this Hotel apparently holds one of the Town Famous Structure which looks good especially during the night. Basically consist of few cat structures with nice lightings. I think you can go out and just sit down by the side of the river enjoying the night view and the wind breeze.

Rooms: 4.25🌟 The original room I had is Deluxe Room with River View and King Size Bed. However, am not able to access the room and was told maybe the lock ran out of battery or something. The front desk staff then upgraded mine to Executive Room with River View as well so things are good. Not sure what is the difference between them but likely its slightly bigger (definitely spacious) and has this additional 1 person sofa seat. View on the river is great due to location as shared above. The chair seats isn't that comfortable for long hour seats and not sure how to adjust to make the back not to go down when I lean my back. The bed is comfy but the air conditioning is decent but I was hoping to be super cold. Personally (I'm more cold resistant), I don't really need to use the blanket when sleeping during most of the night except maybe for a bit. Bathroom is good and nice just that the shower area can be a bit tight. The building is probably quite old (looking at their room doors) but I feel they refurbished it quite well and nice so its still looks quite good.

Service: 4.25🌟 Room service is good and also refilled my water, coffee and bathroom items. Pretty much everything you need is available from toothbrushes, toothpaste as well as shavers and shaving creams. I think there's no cloth ironing though by default, probably need to call the service desk for it. The Gym will open at 5.30am and the Breakfast area will open at 6.30am. The food is quite decent.

However, the station is slow. Half Boiled Egg 3.5🌟: Just nice Chicken Sausage 3.5🌟 Beef Sausage 2.5🌟 Siew Mai 1.5🌟: Don't eat, waste of budget Mushroom 3.25🌟 Curry Chicken 3.5🌟: Curry is thick and good flavor Curry Beef 3.25🌟 Dark Sauce Beef 3.75🌟- Tender and good flavor Roti Phrata 3.75🌟: Nice and crispy with nice dhals too Roti Jala 3🌟 Coffee 3.25🌟 - One of the machine is spoiled causing some lines

Overall it cost me about Rm 308 per night (over 2 nights, breakfast for 2 included) on week days. I think its pretty good stay especially room is...

I bring my wife stay here during staycation promo, Srwk Day..book through Insiders app (as they promo to use apps a lot)..but overall our stay really terrible..

I did pre checkin using the app & show to the receptionist, surprisingly they ask me back what’s that?.. and they not keen for guest to use that apps for pre checkin..

Once arrive inside the room, at level 6, I check the toilet first, and notice the toilet bowl so dirty with the stain & the floor also, slippery with dirty stain here and there.. The room so dusty, as no housekeeping was done..and my wife can’t sleep overnight as she allergic to dust (runny nose whole night).. Also there was a dirty stain on the bedsheet..how come?.. U didn’t wash the linen?..

They didn’t provide mineral water as got coway machine outside, we need to refill using jug provided…but then there was some water left inside the jug not being clean for ages!! How come u expect guest to use it?

Check out; Once again there was problem when you using Insiders app..seem like the hotel didn’t link to the apps.. I book & pay everything through the apps, but yet the receptionist (Reno) ask me “ Did we already pay for the stay?” What? Do you think we stay for free? We use the app, pay through there with deposit also..u promo a lot to use the apps but then the ground staff cant link to the apps and make everything so complicated for the guest..

Best advice; dont use Insiders app, it will make your life miserable
