Worst experience ever. I have been to other Boost shop and this isn’t the best nor it could be one. Ordered Lychee Coolers and the tastes were bland. No taste of lychee in the drinks. The cashier was cold, unfriendly, don’t even want to be there. She looks dead tired and I understand it’s fasting month. But working in an f&b you should know the consequences. I asked her to suggest one of the two drinks and she barely say a word. I was looking at the menu, and she was just giving a nod. I didn’t realised what she did so i repeated, and made eye contact later to when she said which is recommended with the dead & tired voice, literally doesn’t want to be there. I spoke to her in full Malay, and after I used a little bit of Eng eh baru nak layan ke? Apa punya attitude macam tu? Melayu jugak 😑. Not going to order here again. One which was custom Orange, Pineapple, Mango, Ginger & Mint. They readily mentioned no mint, which was understandable. But it was only served with Orange & Pineapple. Asked them to add Mango & Ginger but still forgot to add mango.
Another drink was supreme protein. Main ingredient-banana was out of stock. Charged same price for the drink.
Service darn slow. Need to get them to remake the drinks several times and still way less than perfect.
The issue isn't with Boost but with the team which has been assigned. The only solution is to replace all problematic staff who are ruining...
