I visited this outlet recently, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. As I approached the shop, I greeted a group of young staff members preparing to close. I casually said "leng chai," but to my surprise, one of them shouted "close shop" without even turning around or acknowledging me properly. This response was not only rude but also unprofessional. It’s disheartening to see such behavior in a well-established company, and it's a shame that employees are representing the brand in this manner. I also feel it reflects poorly on the training and values instilled by the company, as well as the behavior expected from staff. This experience has made me reconsider visiting any of their outlets...

This is a small branch of the Chinese herbal tea shop in IOI City Mall located at the lower ground floor. As with most other branches, they serve only a few items. There are 2 different main herbal tea. The sweeter five flower tea which is cooling for the body and good during hot days. And the more bitter and medicinal Wong Lo Khat which has a lot more medicinal properties and is good for people with sore throat and cough and fever. I went there yesterday, previously is Aunty but their attitude is ok not super bad. But yesterday a young guy with black hair who served us is super rude, haven’t step into the shop already saw him mumbling something saying don’t come in. Ask him something also not so attentive, but the boy with yellow colour hair even though not much of knowledge of herbal tea but still trying to serve us.
