⭐ 5/5 - Wonderful Experience at Secret Recipe, Icity,Sogo Mall!

I had the pleasure of dining at Secret Recipe in Sogo Mall last night (28/8/24) at 8 PM, celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcomed. They were so humble and took the time to explain the benefits of becoming a Secret Recipe member, which we truly appreciated.

The highlight of the evening was when the team came together to sing a birthday song for my boyfriend. Their enthusiasm and warmth really made his day special. We ordered the Spaghetti Bolognese, Golden Crispy Chicken, and the Indulgence Cake, everything was absolutely delicious. To top it off, they even surprised us with a complimentary snack while they were preparing our food, which was a lovely touch.

The teamwork and genuine hospitality displayed by the staff were exceptional. We left the restaurant with big smiles and full hearts. I highly recommend this Secret Recipe location and will definitely be coming back again. Thank you for making our night so...

Wait for 30 minutes and when ask the staff, they said need to wait 15 minutes more???? We only order Mac and cheese and vietnamese noodles for main course, from what I know usually they just heat it up. So I concluded that they forgot our order but cover it up by saying need to wait 15 minutes more. It's not event rush hour. The front staff are not bad, they give us the cake right after the order, but the main course are the problem, so that's mean the back staff/chef are the problem (please give lecture to the chef and back staff or just change the staff). If you want to indulge in chocolaty goodness, go enjoy Secret Recipe’s Nutella Shinjuku Bake. It is sinfully good - comes with ice cream and whipped cream, fluffy on the inside and crunchy on the outside.
