Review Year 2022 Still very bad service.
-Credit/debit card system frequently unavailable. -Operating hour is not as shown in the premise. I arrive at 10pm dark already. Drive thru not available for like forever. Move the cone. -Very very slow service. I only ordered 1 menu (zinger), but almost 1 whole hour still yet to be served. Chicken always out of stock. U literally have the word 'Chicken' in your restaurant's name but, whats the point. All the staff working with no sense of urgency. Like very slow moving. Legit slow.

All the staff were so friendly and accommodating, including Daus the other day. Even at midnight, he patiently entertained our questions about the party. Despite the last-minute booking, everything was executed perfectly by Puan Ain and team.

Everything turned out great: the setup was beautiful, the birthday boy was happy, the guests were happy, the air-conditioning was cool, and the food—especially the chicken—was served hot, fresh, and delicious. They even made sure to serve the specific chicken parts we requested. The party even included fun games with the guests, led by Puan Ain, and a special appearance by the famous mascot, Chicky! My son was absolutely delighted!
Everyone was satisfied, and our hearts are full.

Read moreI,m went to kfc seky 7 about 5.30pm..rush time..ordered for snack plate + lemon tea+ cheezy wedges, wanted for cheezila and milo ais but out of order, from my observation, need to improve, 1)staff only 2 person to handle cashier and preparing an items..lucky 2 young girl cool and steady control the situation even got one customer started to complained waited abfew minute, for me ok.normal waited a few minute for an order, 2)i,m asking where is supervisor , why not helping, a 2 staff mention.supervisor at back kitchen, 2 staff on leave or absent.. 3)i,m a bit disappointed for chickin spicy quality..i thinks its below standard taste, colour more to white,, My opinion..kfc management team, need to improve operation services site, compare to others competitor,,kfc lost their point, not for their menu,not for ther facilities..but lost from theirs services and quality...
