I recently visited the A&W restaurant in Central i-City Mall and decided to try their limited edition Caramelized BBQ Beef Burger. This burger was part of a combo deal that included curly fries and lemonade, which made for a filling meal. Overall, the experience was decent, though there were some aspects that stood out more than others.

When I placed my order, and it ended up taking about 13 minutes for the food to arrive. While this isn’t excessively long, it felt a bit longer than the usual fast-food wait, especially since A&W is typically known for its quick service. However, the staff were very polite and apologized for the delay, which I appreciated. Despite the wait time, the overall atmosphere was comfortable, and it was a nice spot for a casual meal. Came with my parents, there were 3 people in front of the counter, doing other things and totally ignoring us. We could've let it slide if they just let us know they're a bit busy or something but they chose to pretend we weren't there. I came her purposely for the beary meal toys and upon food collection, they mentioned the toys are out of stock. I was furious and i asked them and they wanted to replace with a sundae ice cream. Besides, my mom ordered a drumstick and they provide overnight drumstick that has been refried and the chicken is dry and warm. My mom asked them to replace a new one and they were nonchalant about this. It is not the first time i encounter all this. Before today, i ordered beary meals too and they forget to put the condiments in the tray and we have to asked them and then they'll only provide however it is already written in the receipt.
