Pork trotter at a bittergourd soup place, surprisingly good 🤣 Just don't treat it as a pork trotter vinegar as the vinegar is a bit light.

Perfectly braised trotters. Flavour is a bit more savoury for a vinegar trotter dish. But it has a very nice dried chilli warmth to it. It lacks the sour depth and the ginger warmth of the typical vinegar trotter but nonetheless, it is actually a very nice dish. If you consider it as a braised trotter dish, then it is actually quite good because the trotter just falls apart nicely while holding up a bit of chewiness to it. Despite not being very vinegar in flavour, I drank up most of the gravy with my rice.

Lean meat cooking time and temperature needs adjustment because it is not just tough but seems to be having a bit of burnt flavour (which the trotter did not have). But the dish is predominantly trotter and less lean meat. So not super bad. Just room to improve.

I returned to try the bittergourd soup and I got to say, this is probably one of the most generous places with their bittergourd 🤣 The pork slices were a lot too. Pork slice was tender with no help from flour, well mastered cooking temperature. But overall it is very mildly flavour. It isn't the kind of dish that gives you a WOW but I can understand how it has returning customers for it. If you're looking for a soupy dish that tastes mild. Not my personal preference but I can also see myself reordering it 🤣

I didn't order the fried pork (another popular dish) on its own but together as the fried rice. It's like a total opposite of the soup because it is very heavily flavoured. Also not my personal preference. But I quite like it in the fried rice. I could use less of it though 🤣 I usually don't complain about too much protein in my dishes. But this place really overdo things a bit (definitely is a good thing).

I actually REALLY LIKE the fried rice. It's very greasy but aside from that, I really like its taste. It's very nicely eggy. Small prawns were equally as generous as the fried pork 🤣 It's not perfect but I feel kinda addicted to it already. The prawns texture is somewhat nice but if I am not wrong, it's a boric acid aftertaste. There's this sharp taste. But I would honestly come back to eat the fried rice again. It tastes like hints of nice Chinese banquet fried rice but at fraction of the price. I can definitely overlook the imperfections. The fried pork is making it a bit too salty. But when eaten with small pieces of the pork, it is great!

Look forward to come back and try more dishes. They're very surprisingly good in...

Last I eat Bitter gourd soup the taste watery. The menu so confusing, they put the price but didn't mention the price add on then suddenly he told me this dish need to add on. Previous I eat, no one tell me need to add this and that. Then I tell that guy who are take our order, your menu didn't mention properly so we don know. His feedback is very rude "we are not robot and we are human of course we will tell you when you order time" and he also said even though they mention in menu, we as customer will ask this and that also. He destroy my mood and the way he talk to me like Samseng. When serving time, other waitress serve then I take photo, suddenly the waitress take back all dish and change the dish look good appearance but the taste of soup abit weird. That's why I said last having the soup the taste watery only...

Had always want to go to try out at this place since, missus brother live nearby Puchong and just driving distance.. The bitter melon soup is indeed marvellous but it’s just too many bits from the broth where it really looks a bit ugly from the presentation. I had the mix of pork intestine with bitter melon soup to share and it is really good ! I’ve never really like bitter melon because missus cook it as bitter as possible but this is really open up my mind towards bitter melon which it can be cook at a very tasty way. It was thinly slice which really do wash out the bitter flavour and everything is mostly satisfied. As usual, the hygiene really needs to improve though on the sticky table, dirty stained floor and also the initiative floor staff to be much more into their job than to play on phone when there is...

I have a thing for this comforting simple bitterguord pork soup. It doesn't have bitter taste and the soup isn't the most strong flavor but the fact that a bowl of soup is so packed with meat and bitterguord, that's where the flavours are. I ordered the smallest soup bowl which is RM15. If you aren't a big eater, you might able to even share this size. The rice needs to be added, it doesn't come with the soup
