My favourite Secret Recipe outlet with very pleasant service from current sweet female staff, thank you 💕unlike previous spectacled guy. Quiet outlet, good for a chit chat over dessert.

The good; Caramel creme choc delish Blueberry Cheesecake good. Lotus Biscoff yum. Chocolate Brulee, melts on the tongue Chocolate Indulgence always good Hazelnut Chocolate tastes virtually the same as Chocolate indulgence, only is flatter in shape and has the denser richer taste of Nutella, crushed nuts don't taste so fresh. Choc cheese berries , tangy Mango Yoghurt Cheesecake, very sweet mango topping with a whipped egg white fluffy middle and cheesecake base w biscuit

There are better out there: RM14++ for a teeny slice of Salted Caramel Macadamia Cheese. Just tastes overall sweet. Nuts weren't toasted normal crunchy, hardly any taste of cheese. Durian. Sponge wasnt fresh,not worth the price honestly. Hokkaido Triple Cheese, sponge not fresh and hard

How do they measure ? Mousse based slices are larger. Baked cheesecake seems cut thinner.

First of all when I entered with my family, all the tables were empty but dirty. All of the staff were gathered at a table and it seemed they were chatting.

We entered and waited to be seated. No one bothered. My wife politely called once of the waitress. She frowned, unwillingly came and rudely cleaned the table.

When we ordered, another waitress came, devoid of smile or any form of customer care. Took the order and left.

Food was served, stale and cold. When we complained, to at least change the hard, dry stale rice, to our shock, the waiter simply said "we cooked in the morning, cannot cook fresh for you. All rice hard"!

Had a wonderful dining experience at Secret Recipe Taipan USJ! We came in around 9.20pm and ordered two main courses and a slice of cake. To our surprise, they even gave a free scoop of vanilla ice cream for my kid. such a sweet gesture!

The food was served really fast and everything tasted super fresh, way better than what I’ve had at other branches. Despite the restaurant being quite busy, the staff, from the manager to the floor team were all incredibly friendly, efficient, and attentive.

Really impressed with their service and attitude. Will definitely come back again. Keep up the great work and...
