Bought one milk tea from drive thru at this outlet. The cup break and milk tea split over in my car when I try to insert the straw. When I return to the shop to request a new cup of milk tea, the staff firstly ask her colleague did the cup break before send out and told me that you should slowly slowly insert the straw instead of using force. Hello, I slowly slowly but your paper straw dun even can break into it. I was so wondering on your cup and straw quality, please either change it back to a plastic straw or improve your cup quality instead of asking customer to insert it slowly. And, train your staff more to be polite before letting them facing customer, she is breaking my day and my mood for having a bubble tea. When she keep complaining that I use too much force that’s why my cup break, then I told her to help me insert the straw instead. I just like to say that, you should atleast complete all your orders even if you have a really long line at the drive thru. Can't the staffs be more professional at dealing with customers who waited for minutes to just get their drinks not to mention especially when the line goes out of the gas station. You could've sent out one staff member to inform the remaining customers who are still queuing for the drinks that "we are closing already" or something but no, you guys decided to tell when it's our turn to order. What for we queue just to waste our time like that? Please I hope that you could train your staff members to be more professional and don't make more customers frustrated over this small matter. Went here after election to redeem the RM6 promo. Ordered brown sugar milk tea but the cashier said they couldn’t make it as they had no pearls. No pearls or lazy to make ??? You’re a tea shop. It was only 1pm. The lady in front of me wanted to order the hazelnut drink and the cashier said they no stock n if she goes other branches she would be able to get it also. However at around the same time my friend got the same drink at a different branch. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of time. Just close your damn shop if you don’t want to serve your customers.
