Three Plates Full — Restaurant in Subang Jaya

First time here, we are excited at first. When we enter the restaurant, no one lead us to seat, but the entrance sign show wait for seat. A while, me and my friend just walk in and find our seat, everyone look at us so awkward (three table of customers i think only). Even the food menu i need to go collect myself at the counter, no one bring to us. So worst. One staff taking order from a big group, then no other staff there on ground. Later, we decide what we want to order, we wave hand for long time only come to us. Btw, i rmb there are one staff in counter area just stand there. After the staff notice us, we thought he will come right after, because the other table have more people, i saw he directly go take tablet and go take order (maybe they order more food). We only two people, he think we can wait. Because he does some other work only come to us. Sad for us. We order three main dishes and one drink (just soda). Oh ya. I need to thanks to the next table couple arrived, then we have like more people on our area. The staff finally serve mineral water to us. Yes, even we arrive first, the staff bring the water to the customer after us.

There are QR code to scan for menu, i tot maybe have photo can view before order. Then keep loading, cannot reach the file. Then i only go take physical menu. I thought is my line got problem, then together with the QR code sticker, i saw they provide wifi, then i keep try the TPF 2.4 n 5G, or the TPF 1st floor still cannot. End up the correct one is TPF guest. Because it only pop up after. QR there only show the password, did not mention the wifi ID.

We order first, then the couple next to us food arrives before us. I not sure why they not follow the flow who order first. So far food is delicious, place look nice, can take nice social media photo. Can celebrate birthday...

2nd visit to this cafe..preferable with appointment. All staff are friendly and helpful. Their dishes never disappoint me. The pork dishes is a must try. Pleasant place and will return to try out more. One of the most generous cafe i have ever visited. The boss is generous ever. Singed up as member and get SMS notification. Get free item on the menu for any purchased.1st time get FOC apple crumble, 2nd time get masala bowl, 3rd time get 3 pcs fried chicken. Also can collect point to redeem selected free item. Suggested to have new item in the menu or have seasonal menu. I have almost tried out all and looking for something new. Updated 30/4/23. Redeemed my foc 3 pcs fried chicken and ordered croque Monsieur. The fried chicken is slightly smaller as compare to last time. Tasted good. Croque Monsieur is quite salty. Waiter received feedback positively. Too much salt on all the bread. Last month when i visited is not enough salt for the vegetarian aglio oglio. Updated 7/5/23. Redeemed foc dessert on birthday month. I was the 1st customer on Sunday morning. Requested to serve dessert after my meal. After my meal, dessert yet to served. I was trying to call the waiter but seem like they are too busy doing other things until they din’t refill my water too. Then i saw the chef ring the bell and my dessert was ready. However the waiter collect my dessert after a while, the ice cream on the dessert slightly melted. Abit disappointed. Overall the dessert tasted good but no staff check if my food is ok this time. I think there are problem with the aircon. Feeling warm even i am the only customer. Im sweat and fan myself. The sliding door is too hard too pull. Normally staff will standby to help but not...

Verdict: Three Plates Full promises three levels full of fun eating - with enticing corners to explore, plus sunshine streaming in from the skylight, the restaurant offers a cosy retreat from Subang’s crowds and clamour. I sat by the atrium-like corridor on the street level and it was a lovely sun washed space with bright rays of sunlight shining brightly through the glass roof 🌞 Perfect way of getting some sunshine without too much heat 😍

Food is rather expensive but thankfully it tasted good 😮‍💨 The garlic ciabatta bread was soft on the inside while the exterior was slightly tough. The garlic spread was aromatic and concentrated, and the bread was overall buttery 😚🫶🏻 As for the pasta, it was the best version of Alfredo I’ve tasted. Super creamy and milky with abundant of bacon chunks and myriad mushrooms 🍄 It does get cloying after a while tho 🥲 My only complain would be the bacon… It was very raw and gamey; personally I found it undercooked so it was chewy and tough, and it tasted like uncooked red meat rather than a cured meat 🥴🐽

Generally, three plates full has a wonderful ambience and interior, and their food does not fall short either 😋 While there can be some improvements on their food given the hefty price tag, it was still a fab...
