I recently had the pleasure of dining at Banana Leaf The Fusion in Male, and it was an incredible experience! The restaurant offers a delightful blend of traditional Indian flavors with a contemporary twist. The menu is diverse, with a great selection of dishes from different regions of India, catering to both vegetarian and non-vegetarian preferences.

The ambiance is warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a relaxed meal with friends or family. The staff were friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our visit. The food was absolutely delicious – rich in flavors, beautifully presented, and made with high-quality ingredients.

Whether you’re craving a hearty curry or some flavorful tandoori, Banana Leaf The Fusion is the place to go. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic and innovative Indian...

I had a very disappointing experience at Banana Leaf in Malé. While there are plenty of restaurants in the area offering fully loaded buffets for just 75 to 100 MVR, the pricing here is quite expensive in comparison. If the food and service were exceptional, it would be somewhat justifiable, but unfortunately, that was not the case.

What truly stood out in a negative way was the attitude of the staff. When I ordered a meal, the steward rudely mentioned that there would be no second serving, which was both unexpected and unprofessional. Is this really how they choose to speak to customers?

For the high prices they charge, I expected far better service and hospitality. Definitely not a place I would recommend unless they seriously improve their customer...

I’ve been to Banana Leaf The Fusion a few times recently—on all three occasions either I went myself, was invited, or recommended it to others. Each time, the experience has been excellent.

The highlight for me (and many others) is their Thali Meal. The last two times I had it with fried chicken, and today I tried it with pepper chicken—both were delicious! The Thali comes with a variety of items, and the best part is that the rice is unlimited, so you can always ask for more. The flavors are rich and satisfying, and the portion sizes give you real value for money.

They also serve many other tasty dishes and drinks, so there’s something for everyone. The restaurant itself is clean, and the staff are attentive and provide...

Wanted to check out this place after seeing the hype on social media. Had the Banana Leaf Meal with Chicken. And I have to say, it did not disappoint. The chicken was exceptionally good. And so was the overall meal and the experience. The staff were super friendly, which made the whole thing even more pleasant. Service was excellent as well. Just wish the price was a tad lower. Tried their Mango Lassi was ell. Texture and thickness was on point. Nothing bad to say about the taste either. Would definitely recommend it if you're a fan of lassi. Either way, that was one great meal. Definitely coming back here in the future. If you like Indian food, go give it a try.

Banana Leaf The Fusion, situated on Izzuddeen Magu in Malé (Maldives), delivers an impressive dining experience that delights the senses. The stylish interior and friendly staff set a warm and inviting vibe from the moment you walk in. Their fusion menu is a thrilling mix of beloved favorites and local classics—try dishes like Chicken RaRa, Fish Curry, Beef Masala, Chowmein street style, and tasty sides like Dahl Tadka and Brinjal Masala.
