The Dough By Jelly — Restaurant in Malé

I had a disappointing experience at this establishment. Unfortunately, I left my sunglasses on the table during my meal. Upon realizing my oversight after reaching home, I immediately contacted the call handling staff, who assured me they had found my sunglasses and would keep them safe until I returned to collect them.

However, when I went back to retrieve my sunglasses , I was given a different pair of cheap glasses that clearly weren't mine. It's quite disappointing because the staff had previously assured me they had my sunglasses and would safeguard them. I would not have spoken this out if the item I lost had been less valuable.

It's evident that there was a lapse in handling my belongings. And the item was nowhere to be found, the foreign supervisor kept trying to convince me and attempted to reassure me with various explanations that did not seem plausible. Given this experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to others. It's essential for establishments to prioritize the safekeeping of patrons' belongings, and unfortunately, this establishment fell short in...

Almost two weeks ago I went to The Dough by Jelly for a dinner and ordered for one Beef Supreme and one single espresso, where the waiter asked for my order five times. Ordered for the espresso WITH the pizza but they brought it once I finished eating 7 out of 8 slices.

The beef supreme I ordered was not up to the qualities that I expected. Here are the reasons why: Toppings are all over Toppings are unevenly distributed The pizza bread was not fully baked Pizza got cold sooner than expected The taste is not flavorful and upto the standard

Forgot to add this: The waiter came and took the order once I called out. Usually all waiters / waitresses attend to the customer once the customer enters the cafe or restaurant so this is very very rare.

i went to eat at the dough by jelly. we ordered oreo, toblerone and ferraro milkshake; food: bolognese spaghetti, beef club sandwich and thermidor ( seafood ) when we got it, it was one oreo, two ferraro’s and one of the drinks came with an upside down straw but their was no slight of an oreo in it. when the food arrived. bolognese spaghetti the bread was and the spaghetti had no Parmesan and was mixed already. beef club sandwich was average and thermidor ( spaghetti ) was just creamy sauce with vegetable and seafood. i asked before ordering and he came and said just seafood. he came once again cause he forgotten the order. plus the waiter was like in a rush with everything. very disappointed, i don’t recommend...
