CR Coffee Residence — Restaurant in Malé

Worst service i ever experienced. I called them to order one breakfast combo. Called the same number on the page. They fisrt said my order will be ready to deliver in few minutes. So I waited and called again after 1 and a half hour later i had to call them again. Picked up and said its out for delivery and hung up without even asking delivery adress. I called them to tell my adress and hungup on me again So I waited patiently. I was starving. Mind you i waited 3 hours. I called them saying i can go pick up but they said they didn’t even start to prepare what I ordered. I was like.. never ordering...

Ordered a rice from this place and requested for delivery. Called twice to confirm and still haven't Vibered a receipt or anything by then despite saying that they would. The second time the call guy told they would call in 10 to 15 minutes. After 20ish minutes, I called to confirm the status of delivery and the call guy was confused. Told me there is no order by me in the system :/. By then 1h 30min has passed. I don't think that is how one should deal with customers. Not gonna order from this...

Tried their signature Srilankan Fried Rice (which is awesome). The place is a good option is you want to order takeaway or delivery of rice and pizza. Their deviled chicken with white rice is something I order frequently. My cousin tried Nasi Goreng and I had a bit from it and can say it’s a more genuine Nasi Goreng than what you can get elsewhere.
