Kanz Hyderabad Biriyani House — Restaurant in Malé

The Space is tucked away and is not necessarily in a location where you would fall upon it if you didn't know about it. This is a pity as it is perfect to drop in for great coffee, hang out with friends or have a bite to eat. A friend in Male took us for the first time on Friday for coffee and cake. The Nutella Chocolate Lava cake was to die for! It was very quiet when we dropped in late afternoon, the guys were friendly and welcoming and drinks and food were served swiftly. They said they are busier late evening and lunch times during the week. My friend had the Quesadillas which also received the thumbs up. It has a good menu with options I have not come across elsewhere in Male and would definitely want to head back to try some of them. With a clean, bright, modern interior this is a SPACE you should get...

Take away food is good, but when i went to dine in, i got ripped off. Be careful of how the manager tries to upsell you things and brings you less food than you ordered so you will have to keep ordering more (i know i got less food than i ordered because i have ordered food for delivery multiple times and I know the portion sizes)

The bill is how much it cost for 20 person to eat. According to their portion sizes, I ordered food for over 30 people and still had to order more.

Indian manager guy is very dishonest and cunning. Avoid him...

Please come here for authentic indian 🇮🇳 cuisines and NOT other than that. Of course you’ll get other distorted flavours if you order chinese food at an Indian establishment, please don’t blame the restaurant as i’ve read other reviews.

Owner was super friendly. No they didn’t bother us but i guess they were watching how we value their cooking. We order dhum briyani, paneer and few other curries. The taste was out of the world. Must try for ppl who likes indian food.
