Oxygen Cafe' — Restaurant in Malé

Had a terrible experience at the Café! The wait time for food was about 30 mins - even so, we got a cold submarine! The least they could've done is microwave it!

The chocolate freak shake was disappointing as well.

One of the staff, a lady, was so rude. We have never had such an experience in Malé before. There was a bottle of water charged extra in the bill and when we asked her to change the bill, she refused and started giving lame excuses. When insisted and raised the issue, the bill was corrected and brought to us.

The place is well kept, but even in the non-smoking area, people smoke.

Wouldn't recommend.

So many time going for dinner in Oxygen cafe this first time bad service and bad response from ladies supervisor sitting in cashier counter, first waitre not asking have alergic or not this normaly need to asking, then change food but double charge not given compliment, not given disc or What for Guest, not refund money also. That ladies supervisor also Don’t know How to talk With customer then shouting to customer and staff, first time listening customer problem mistakes order, others Restaurant I Never listen, then not say sorry to customer only Too much talking. A nice place to dine. The downstairs area is a very cosy place ideal for couples and the upstairs is more of an open area. The food was good especially the fulhimas with pineapple salad was exquisite. But I can't say the same for the chicken and mashed potatoes though, it was quite bland. And another issue was the service, it took a really long time. But overall the prices were very reasonable and I'd definitely visit again and try...
