We stopped in this authentic Polish eatery on a visit to Birgu, Malta. Some friends on Gozo recommended this little spot from the time they had lived in that village. Simply put, Full House has excellent food. Their Polish sausage is the best sausage we’ve had on the islands. We asked where they had bought it from, but they wouldn’t divulge their source. We also enjoyed the breaded pork filet. Although it is not called a schnitzel, it could be. Wonderfully creamy mashed potatoes went deliciously with both meals. You also receive a large number of homemade Polish dill pickles. I ordered “Russian dumplings Potatoes, cottage cheese and fried onions Pierogi ruskic” When my dish came, I noticed there was no fried onions so we raised this to the server. His response was “we don’t serve them with fried onions only parsley, even though the menu says fried onions we don’t do that” I was very confused to how a restaurant could write something on their menu but not include it. The pierogi were very salty. Overall I would not recommend...
