Read moreThis restaurant does not even deserve one star.... starting from the sticky tables to the service and the worst food we have ever eaten. We ordered the bruschetta with mozzarella - prepared on a plain sesame seed bun without any fresh herb or garlic flavours. As main courses, we ordered the classic burger with cheddar cheese and bacon and the spaghetti pasta with seafood. The burger was a total mistake - a bitter salad in the middle with no dressing, the meat not seasoned at all and on top of that cold. After I pointed out, I think to the manager, that everything was terribly dry, he looked at me surprised that he didn't know what I was talking about and brought me a sachet of ketchup and mayonnaise... A ridiculous joke. The seafood pasta which was stale and smelly was also a total mistake. We asked the staff if the seafood was definitely fresh - we were told that it was. The drinks issue was very funny, we ordered a " sweet cider " and received the usual apple flavoured somersby.... When paying we pointed out that the food was not worth a single euro because it was a total mistake. The only thing we heard was that they apologise but we still had to pay the total amount. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Looking at the guests at the tables next to us, they also mostly left their dishes without eating them. Because it was just not possible...
Read moreI was visiting Malt, my family suggested we go to this place. I visit Malta every year. First the outside of restaurant was very dark at night, which led us to being unable to read the menu. Ontop of that, it led to coackroaches all over the ground as we had our food. I asked the waiter if they can do a pizza half margarita half Capricosa (for my daughter who only liked pizza from the menu) and he said that he would ask, he then came back and said no, kitchen staff cant be bothered with that, i said i will pay full price, and they still didn't allow it when it would actually save them money because less toppings. Ontop of this, I asked to speak to the manager and they told me he was not around, the person in charge at the time, was an elderly man who couldn't be bothered to care about the customers. He was rude and disrespectful, and if he truly wanted more customers he would change his attitude. We were a table of 10, and one of them ordered pasta with tuna, and he asked if it was fresh, and they said yes, when we got it however, it was canned tuna, totally unfresh and distasteful. The food was nothing special, and not worth the travel and money,...
