This is one of the best fish Restaurant in Malta! 12 Years I work as Chef in Michelin star Restaurant all over the World. So I am not talking to you as Tourist I am writing to you as a Chef. The Fish is cokked and grilled on Point all the sauces are homemade and planted based with fresh local products. The Fish cake Is amazing juice and got the fully flavor of all the mixe Malta Charakter and taste of Culture. I visit this restaurant 4 Times I eat always different dishes to different day Time.... (Pasta with Seafood / fish Plate / Daily Fish etc...) it was always a god decision to come to this amazing Restaurant with a great view and one of the best friendly owner and Crew. A special Regards to Gianuca the Irish Service guy he love his job and he is passionaded to Handel the Service. He always will have a look to your table and have a chat with you. We came specifically to this area to pick a restaurant to eat some delicious fish and at the end we weren't wrong to pick this restaurant.the approach of the head chef was very friendly and we let him pick for us the fish we will eat. The staff was more than kind and polite and they were always all the time smiling and joyful. We didn't wait that long for the food around 30mns which more than reasonable as a time to clean and marinate then grill 3 fish. Sadly we couldn't take more pictures because we were in a hurry just to taste the fish to be sure that it tastes as it smells, and it was perfect. A really bad night for us. Very bad service. We had our starters and then our main plates didn’t come at the same time. My wife had to wait more than 20 minutes and we had to ask twice for her plate to come. My lobster was overcooked and I am still waiting for the tools to open my crab. Twice they said they are bringing the tools and they never did. The spaghetti was undercooked. My wife’s fish was overcooked and the portions very small. They have charged at the end mistakenly 2 cokes and a fish cake that we never had. They realized they have mixed the orders.
