Granelli — Restaurant in Rabat

Great place cafe or restaurant. This spot is perfect, after walking in the Rabat area, you have your dinner, then pop here to have some dessert.

I ordered the pistachio cheesecake I believe it was, and it was beautifully delicious and soft. My partner ordered the white chocolate coconut cake. I didn't not like this, not because it was just too sweet but because the white chocolate bit was very hard in terms of texture.

I ordered a bubble gum flavoured frappe and partner ordered a latte. The bubble gym frappe was ok but I couldn't taste much of bubble gum in the frappe.

There are seating upstairs, or outside which is nice. Prices of items are pricey, the x4 items we got came to a total of €16.70. Staffs were good and friendly. They have a toilet for customers. We came on September afternoon and it was no busy at all.

Would I recommend this place? If you like desserts, I would recommend you try their desserts in the heart of Malta's Rabat. Of course you can also try other meals as well, not just dessert. It is basically a coffee shop/cafe/restaurant...

This was by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced in Malta. I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt like I had to share this one. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. No greeting, no smile – just a cold, dismissive attitude. I asked a simple question about the menu and got an eye roll in return.

What a lovely little corner restaurant. Staff are really friendly and so helpful when it came to ordering, as some of the items we didn't exactly know what it was lol. The restaurant was extremely clean and looked well maintained. The toilet area was clean as was the washing basin, there is soap dispenser and electric hand drier all worked well.
