UPDATE: The stuff is unfortunately not telling the truth which is even more sad to hear about this place. Non of the waitresses (which I was able to catch, and that wasnt easy) wasn't even interested about doing something with my bad impression, only the comments that I have wrote below... I was even waiting for the manager but she was busy on the phone for 15 minutes and I couldn't wait more as I had little baby on my hands. And I didn't have event the chance refusing the pizza replaced or free dessert as nobody offered it, it sounds like only crazy person will refuse that. I was with friends so I have several witness for the whole situation. I left restaurant disappointed, not taking care of and hungry.
It was the literary worst pizza - I can't even call it pizza- in my entire life, for the first time I could even finish one bite....and when we complain to the staff about it, he admitted but also did nothing, just said "I know I should say it, but I agree..". Everything was wrong with it- the pie, the sauce, and something on top what wasn't cheese for sure, I can't believe you can destroy something that easy as simple Margharita. The rest of our food was more like fast food taste, fortunately eatable but that's all. The service - you need to cath them, otherway nobody come to your table, not take order or bring bill. The place- wasn't even looking closely for what the pictures shown, it was simple and dirty. For sure not recommend, strongly advice to avoid this place if you want to have a nice day. If it be possible I wouldn't give any stars, even this one...
Read moreI usually only leave positive reviews, to encourage people to visit places I enjoyed and would gladly return to. This time, however, I was disappointed. As often happens in Malta, I ended up in a place with great potential thanks to the building and location, but it completely loses value due to the food and service — both of which are essential to truly enjoy a restaurant.
The food was average, nothing that would make me want to come back. But what disappointed me the most, once again, was the service. We saw customers arriving and being turned away at the entrance, with the excuse that the staff was too busy to handle more tables. However, there were clearly free tables in the courtyard, as well as indoors, which were not even offered as an option to wait until one outside "became available".
The three women managing the dining area were all busy: one was watching over the courtyard tables, another was taking orders, and the third was serving. We were told the daily special was not available and that one of the starter was missing. In the end, they completely forgot about us: we had asked for a dessert, but no one informed us that the kitchen was about to close.
As often happens, apologies are not enough to make us return to a place that could be so much more than it is. But a restaurant shouldn’t rely solely on a beautiful location — it should also offer good service...

Dear Restaurant Manager,
I appreciate that you have taken the time to respond to my review from October 2020, but I must say that I am somewhat disappointed that it has taken 2.5 years for you to do so. I had hoped that my feedback would have been addressed in a more timely manner, particularly considering the high prices charged for the food and drinks.
I believe that it would have been beneficial for the manager on duty that night to address our concerns and ensure that we were satisfied with our meal. Despite paying top dollar, the food was bland and served cold, more reminiscent of a poor kitchen than an upscale restaurant.
I hope that since my visit, you have made significant improvements to your menu and hired a skilled chef and service personnel who can provide customers with a more elevated dining experience. I trust that you will take my feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to ensure that your customers receive the quality of service and food that they deserve.
