Chapeau Bistro — Restaurant in Victoria

A total disappointment! I ordered spaghetti salmon and it was without any flavour! No spices and a strange yellow colour. The pasta full of fatty cream.. Additionaly, you can find a variety of dishes - salads, wraps, fallafels, burgers, pasta, risotto, duck, prawns. What do they specialize in? Even the waitress seemed confused when I asked. Don't eat there.

Edit after the owner's reply: I did complain while paying for the dish. The owner was present and did NOT react. Yet, now it is easy to write anything that seems to be convenient for the restaurant. The service was fast and friendly, the wine was great, the food was amazing, and the prices were very reasonable. We had a half bottle of wine, a large bottle of still water, a large chicken/mushroom/pistachio pasta dish, a panini, 2 cappuccinos and a tart for desert. We ordered sparkling water 0.5l for 1.80 from the menu but got 0.33 for the 1.80, after complaining the women serving us was trying to blame it on us. We also ordered a carrot cake milkshake but got a vanilla one which the same women was trying to defend as if it was fine.
