We went to Lao Zhao Hotpot for a late lunch, and while the food was acceptable, the way we were treated was absolutely shocking. The restaurant closes at 3 PM, and we were finishing our meal by around 3:25 PM. Instead of politely reminding us that they had already closed, the owner suddenly started shouting at us in a very aggressive and humiliating manner. His behavior was harsh, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional my daughter was so frightened by owner's aggressive behaviour.
We were paying customers, not criminals, yet we were made to feel like an inconvenience. A simple polite reminder that the restaurant had closed would have been enough. Instead, the abusive shouting ruined the entire experience. No customer deserves to be treated this way

I love how the waiters are more than ready to help or advise and this is what makes the magic over there! The food are fresh and looks very organized Plus point is that I love how meats - chicken, lamb, beef and porc are in different fridges as well as veggies
Everything is so neatly placed that even vegetarian people or people with dietary restrictions would not be able to complain but rather enjoy!! I honestly find this so respectful towards customers!
