I’ve been a loyal customer of Seven Locks Sushi for a long time. The food and service have always been impeccable, and your sushi is genuinely among the best I’ve had.
But after my last three experiences, I’m honestly very disappointed. • The first time, I placed an order and assumed it was too short notice when it was declined — I completely understood. • The second time, I messaged at 11:22 AM and only received a reply at 3:40 PM saying orders were already closed. What confused me is that you were live on TikTok around 11:30 AM prepping platters — no mention of being full. • Then came today. I placed my order at 10:53 AM, and it was confirmed shortly after for a 5:30 PM pickup. Everything seemed fine — until 2 minutes before pickup time, I received this message: “Hi srry nu dr ou Dan tard, mais malheureusement ps pu ggnier zrdi vu ki nun out of salmon. Zis seki in order hier ki nu p fr Zt command.”
This is totally unprofessional.
You had all day to inform me of any stock issue — and waited until the very last moment to cancel? That’s not just poor service, it shows a serious lack of organisation.
Your sushi is exquisite, no doubt. But the ordering process has become chaotic. It’s now unclear what time we’re even supposed to order, and responses are inconsistent and last-minute.
Please consider implementing a clearer order cut-off time, faster replies, and a simple system to notify customers when you’re fully booked.

Seven Lock sushi is located near citadel mall. We decided to dine in. The decoration was so pretty and classic. I found this amazing sushi shop from tiktok and Facebook. I love their sushi, so fresh, so many variety and affordable price. If you have not been there, you should try.
We had tempura shrimp 10/10, salmon rose, California crabstick, nigri shrimp and spicy salmon gunkan.
