THE BEST WINGS. Not just in Bacalar, not just in QR, but seriously in the running for best wings I've ever had. Crunchy outside, but still somehow tender on the inside. Is it Voodoo, witchcraft or some Mayan sacrifice, we may never know. Comes with a choose your own adventure pallette of sauces including a house made habenjero that will leave you crying, yet somehow ready for another.

Allen is truly a Master at his craft and takes each order so personally that one cannot help but be charmed. His personality is perfect for this place and I have high hopes the winds of fate will one day soon see me...

We came here after a day kayaking on the lake. I ordered the mixed chicken (wings and breast), with different sauces. The chicken was delicious, with fresh vegetables. Among the sauces, the BBQ was especially good, but all of them were nice. We shared a drink, made from ananas, which was the most delicious I’ve ever had in my life, freshly made of this fruit. The owner/manager/cook, Alan was so nice, explained a lot about the food, Mexican culture, religion, he even gave advice to us on where to eat on our next travel. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! It is so horrible. I just bought about $25USD worth of food from them because I wanted to try one of everything and everything was so horrible. I tried talking to the owner and he was so disrespectful and wasn’t even trying to cooperate. He told me to go back to where I came from and all sorts of nonsense. The fries is so soggy, the onion rings don’t even look or taste like onion rings , that is also soggy and it looks dirty like they fried it in old oil. The burrito had hair inside. The wings aren’t fully cooked, I told him to return at least half the price and he started to insult me. If you don’t want your money wasted DO NOT BUY!

Intenté hablar con el propietario y fue muy irrespetuoso y ni siquiera estaba tratando de cooperar. Me dijo que volviera a donde venía y todo tipo de tonterías. Las papas fritas están tan empapadas, los aros de cebolla ni siquiera se ven o saben a aros de cebolla, eso también está empapado y se ve sucio como si lo hubieran frito en aceite viejo.
