Hotel Miriam — Hotel in Bacalar

"Hotelito Miriam have been and still beingfor me along 8 years, the best place to stay in Bacalar" - Their location is just the best one ever, very close to everything, and just 1 street from the Lagoon that haves a beautiful and Free access for the people, (and its really LUCKY that is just 1 street down from the Hotel), so you can easily get to the Lagoon if you stay in Hotel Miriam. The service is always warm, and full of good vibes. Clean rooms, TV, both cold and hot water, private bathroom per room, free wifi... etc... For me and my friends, and family, is always the best...

Location is perfect, very close to all the pontons to enjoy the lake. The rooms are very basic but extra clean! The service is good and the price is cheap (cheaper if you go directly through them than using Booking). We paid 50€/night via booking and 40€/night directly with them (750 pesos). The only thing that wasn’t great is the water pressure and also the smell from the bathroom. For the price it was really worth it and we would come back. ¿Alguna vez has estado en un hotel en el que más bien sientes que estás en la casa de un pariente tuyo? Así puedo resumir mi estancia en el Hotelito Miriam. Fui junto con mi mujer y nuestra hija de 5 años. El lugar está a un par de calles del centro de Bacalar (puedes recorrer ese trecho muy cómodamente a pie) y a un par de calles de uno de los muchos balnearios, aunque la bahía está a una cuadra prácticamente. Desde mi habitación teníamos una buena vista de la laguna. Desde que llegas, el personal te hace sentir cómodo y bienvenido. Las habitaciones son amplias (elegimos una cama kingsize en la planta baja), y el tamaño nos pareció muy bueno. Además, tiene clósets grandes y aire acondicionado. De igual manera, el baño es muy amplio, tiene agua caliente las 24 horas. Puedes dejar tu auto en la parte de afuera del hotel, en un pequeño césped, de cualquier forma Bacalar es muy seguro. Cuando entras, te platican que puedes tomar café de cortesía por las mañanas y que puedes usar algunas partes de la cocina, al igual que el horno de microondas y el refrigerador. El hotel siempre luce limpio, el personal es amable y tienes restaurantes cerca. Fuimos a preguntar a varios hospedajes (que no fueran hostales) y este es el más económico que encontramos, pero la relación costo-beneficio, es muy buena. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme con ellos. Ah, ¡aceptan pago...
