The music is very loud. Too loud. They gave us a seat right under the speaker so we left. In town we didnt find better option to eat in the area in the moment so we returned accepting the blasting music. Luckily they had a table away from the speaker. As we came nobody paid any attention to us, we had to raise our arm and ask for the waiters attention. I felt like service did me a favor when they finally stopped by. I ordered seafood rice. It came quite fast. However, it was supposed to be with 4 types of different seafood. It came with two. And without the one which was main reason why I ordered in n the first place. AFTER we again waited for the attention of the waiter, I pointed it out and ask him where are the other 2 seafood. He took a plate back and came back and said they dont have them. And if I want it or if I want to cancel my order. This is a touristy place with touristy prices. So I didnt accept "we dont have 2 out of 4 main ingredients" AFTER I waited for the food and AFTER they brought it. I decided to cancel my order. We also orsered a lemonade which was 60 peso - way too...

When ordering exactly that, 5 minutes later the manager (I assume) came and informed us that the offer only counts per person. I thought okay, I'd just order the two margaritas for myself if it's the same price anyway. Margaritas were okay at best.
When paying, the "2x1 Promotion" was listed with 270$ on the check, even though one Margarita is 160$. This was even more than the 260$ you'd have paid for a litre of Margarita. When asked about this, the waiter couldn't reply because didn't understand any English, but didn't offer to get the manager this time. We ended up paying the bill without tip because it was too complicated to clear it up.
I think it's a bold move to scam customers when only two out of thirty tables are busy – but I guess that explains why. Do yourself the favor and go someplace else, there's better ways...

However, we ordered a frozen margarita and it came with black hairs through it. Asked for a new one, the SAME margarita in the same glass returned, with hairs very clearly through it still and on top, there's no way the bartender and waitress could not have seen this. Third time, I asked for no drink, they gave us a ''complimentary mojito'' which was the same margarita with old brown mint put on top in a smaller glass to share between my partner and I. And then still tried to charge us for the margarita...
Sorry for a low review to the restaurant, as its a beautiful spot with great food, but that's unacceptable from the bartender and waitress, and is something we have seen before in mexico, reusing drink garnishes etc. Especially unacceptable in a time of...
