If you are looking for authentic mexican or delicious food, excellent service in a cozy environment, look no further! I have been living in Mexico or 7+ years and if I am being completely honest, no place can compete with this restaurant, anywhere in Mexico! I have been to Oaxaca just to try their Mole, but being honest, this is the best place to try it and to be blown away. Everything that my friends and I tried was nothing short of delicious.

In La Paz, I have noticed that service can be very poor but here, it is much better than the type of service you get in other local places that you would expect to be attended like a king/queen. Our waiter Angel was just a joy and their service was impeccable. Kudos to them for being part of what made the place so magical.

As for the food, you can tell that their chef and cooks are passionate. Those flavours do not come from someone that is uninspired or does not love what they do. We ordered the lamb shank, the enmoladas, the wild boar panuchos, the tiradito, the catch of the day, a lava cake, a flan and the pavlova. As you can tell we had quite a feast and everything was spectacular. The Lamb fell of the bone and the combination with the polenta was just superb, the enmoladas were so flavorful and balanced that you wanted more, the fish was flaky and super tasty, the panuchos were nothing like I have had before, the tiraditos were so fresh you could tell it was of that same day, the flan was silky smooth and did not have the eggy aftertaste that some flans have, the lava cake was fudgy and everything you could expect from a chocolate heaven and the pavlova was a great balance of sweet and fresh fruit that it made you wonder if you could order another one just to enjoy it again.

I am so glad that I went there. The only regret is that I have not gone before!! Everything was just impeccable and honestly, well done to the staff and owners of the place, they truly deserve the best. Cant wait...

Los 32 Sabores in La Paz is a culinary gem that I can't recommend highly enough. From the moment you step inside, you're welcomed with warm hospitality and a vibrant, cozy atmosphere that sets the stage for an unforgettable dining experience.

The menu at Los 32 Sabores is a delightful celebration of Mexican cuisine, showcasing an impressive array of traditional dishes with a modern twist. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and you can truly taste the love and creativity that goes into every bite.

I had the pleasure of trying several dishes, and each one was a standout. Rabbit tacos were amazing! Corn tortillas, smeared with in-house made sauce, topped with this succulent rabbit and a fresh citrus slaw make tacos so good, you'll wanna slap your abuela! The lengua was cooked to perfection, tender and seasoned beautifully. And don’t even get me started on the variety of sauces—they added such a unique and delicious dimension to the meal.

The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, eager to guide you through the menu and make recommendations. Their passion for the food and the local culture is evident, making the dining experience even more special.

The ambiance is inviting and full of character, with charming decor that reflects the rich cultural heritage of the area. It's a perfect spot for a romantic dinner, or a gathering with friends and family.

In summary, Los 32 Sabores is a must-visit in La Paz. Whether you’re a local or a tourist, this restaurant offers a taste of Mexico that is both authentic and innovative. It’s more than just a meal—it’s an experience that stays with you long after the last bite. Don't miss out on this...

In a moment of sheer gustatory delight, I found myself surreptitiously savoring every last morsel of the ethereal sautéed shrimp, ensuring not a single droplet of sauce was left on my plate.

The Mezcal and passion fruit cocktail captured my senses, creating a newfound obsession within me.

Cheesecake Update: Indulge in the heavenly mango-infused cheesecake, accompanied by luscious cream and crowned with a touch of passion fruit. The interplay of flavors and the velvety smoothness elevate this dessert to one of La Paz's finest.

The mole sauce tastes homemade: An exquisite fusion of aromatic spices and delicate hints of sweetness.

While the succulent pork belly undoubtedly satisfies a discerning palate, the sautéed shrimp reigns supreme as my personal favorite.

Imbued with an air of refined elegance and impeccable service, Los 32 Sabores sets the standard for a truly elevated dining experience. We absolutely loved this restaurant! It was our first time in Mexico, and since it was low season, things were a bit quiet — but we actually preferred it that way. The waitress was excellent, very knowledgeable about the dishes, super attentive ,friendly overall good vibes. This is where I tried mole and a garnacha for the first time . IMO they served the best tacos I’ve had while I was in La Paz. If you’re visiting La Paz, you should definitely come here. The lady who served us was very friendly, kind, and spoke English perfectly. In one if our visits there was a pleasant surprise of a mariachi band Prices are a slightly on the higher side, but the quality absolutely matches. Perfect spot for couples or solo travelers wanting to experience authentic Mexican cuisine for the first time. If we lived in Mexico, we’d definitely be regulars — that’s how much we enjoyed this place. Oh, and compliments to the chef — the passion fruit Mezcalitas were amazing too!

This place is a truly hidden gem in La Paz. Our friends recommended this newly opened place for an upscale, true Mexican cuisine. We booked a New Year reservation as this place features an open-air seating inside, with music throughout the night. Being from Los Angeles, the home of many high-end Mexican eateries, we had a reasonable expectation. But, what we experienced, was quite substantial: This is a gourmand place, and the emphases is on the cooking. The chief, apparently is a well-known in the industry, worked for a decade in the Mexico City in a Micheline Star restaurant. His approach in very delicate and classy with extreme attention to details. The restaurant has a super-friendly, English-speaking staff, who take care of you without being “in your face”. Very comfortable. This place has the ambiance that is comfortable and tasty. We wanted to come back, but they were closed for the New Year. Well, there is always a second chance…
