I can say that this is my new fav restaurant in town. The food is absolutely AMAZING. I've try the brunch and the lunch menu several times before and none of my experiences have disappointed me. You should definetly try something made with brisket because they smoke it themselves and is always juicy and so well cooked aside of the brioche bread of the Burgers that make the best meal at La Paz. If you know your meat you can feel the difference from all the other restaurants. Is not cheap so be well prepared but also with alot of hunger because the servings are just one of a kind (they put so much food on my plate that I needed to take some home). When you're ready to visit them don't forget that the weekend is so crazy in there you should do a reservation or try as me the best of them during the week because is so confortable, always good music, a/c on and you can see somebody being friendly with you all the time.
I CAN'T WAIT TO HAVE THEIR IMPORTED...

I wish we had taken pictures, but we dove in so quickly to enjoy 😉. Keep in mind that the portions are typically huge, and for a couple, you can easily share or expect to take some food home, which we did. Also, note that the owners of Melt have a deli a couple blocks away, which is also worth a visit. Especially if you are staying in La Paz with a villa or rental that has a fridge to store some food for prep. If you stay at Seven Crown Centro, you are in luck, as the restaurant is right next door and you receive a breakfast voucher!...
