El Tucumano — Restaurant in Baja California

The food is delicious, excellent quality. The freshly made empanadas, the salads with fresh ingredients, the perfect cuts of meat just the way you order them. But the customer service, the waitresses, is the worst you can find. On several occasions we have already complained about this, we have even made the comment to Guera and her husband the chef, they are relatives of some of them and they have not done much, (well they already fired the chef's cousin who was the most disastrous, rude and terrible waitress). On some occasions, just looking at it, we preferred to go to another restaurant, we have even asked someone else to serve us. Tucumano is one of the best restaurants in the city and many other cities in Mexico; Unfortunately, customer service is one of the worst in the city and the world as it is fatally deficient and leaves a very bad image of the entity's...

So I went there a couple of days ago and I can honestly say that it was great as always! I spent a long time without visiting, but now I'll go often.

Everything was great! The food was delicious, the prices very affordable, the costumer service and waiters were friendly and attentive with us the entire time. I also liked their location, very accesible.

I'm looking forward to be back soon and also, It's a shame that this restaurants are being affected.

Also, the place was very clean. My friend and I had a delicious dinner for a great price.

I'm glad that they solved the situation regarding the homophobic behavior and that some of their personal showed towards a couple that visited some weeks ago.

Al llegar te recibe un policia que hace de recepcionista. Mal, este puesto no es para el, su labor radica en resguardar el lugar y no hacerla de hostess y no esta entrenado para atender gente, al entrar se ve un lugar de mobiliario viejo, y la ambientacion no te envuelve en un restaurante argentino, se sienten algo encimadas las mesas. te traen rapidamente un licor bariloche como aperitivo, de sabor suave y agradable, la carta es extensa, pedi milanesa napolitana y mi acompañante matambre tiernizado, y dos empanadas como botana, estas estan de muy buen sabor impecable la textura y temperatura, la milanesa tenia buen sabor, nada extraordinario y el empanizado estaba algo pasado de tueste, se sentian extremos duros y poquito quemados, el matambre esta de buen sabor, nada extraordinario, para mi gusto le falta un poco de sazon, dde tomar sangria, esta pasable, de vino sencillo, a mi gusto le falto temperatura, de postre teien una carta amplia, pero ya no tenian mas que pies de queso, nada extraordinario, parecia de Costco, detalle importante es que es un baño para mujeres y uno para hombres, tienes que hacer fila para entrar o estar cazando que salga la gente, nos toco que habia un evento como de 40 personas y la entrada al baño era de locura, a pesar de estos detalles lo compensa la atencion del mesero que nos toco, una persona muy amable de caracter alegre y que hace ligeras bromas sin pasar el limite, nos trajeron un pastel de cortesia por un cumpleaños y fue un detalle muy agradable, gracias a estas atenciones es que creo que vale la pena el lugar, la comida es buena, sin ser extra ordinaria y el lugar se siente algo descuidado, con unas tuercas que el dueño apriete y haga un poco de inversion, este lugar se catapultaria, pero no se ven intensiones de hacerlo pues tienen clientela cautiva, le daria otra oportunidad a la comida, porque en atencion del mesero esta muy bien, los precios razonables, promedio $300 promedio por persona, incluye una empanada, plato sencillo, una...
