Starbucks — Restaurant in Baja California

hey ruined my brand new suede shoes. Spilled a hot tea all over me, and offered a free drink. Really, the last they should do is clean my ruined suede shoes. My foot was burned and all they kept asking is was I burnt. I'm mad as heck and can't talk to anyone, customers were starting, the guy have me an awkward apology. And their internet doesn't work. This shouldn't be a Starbucks it doesn't work up to it's so called "name" Never in my life will I be going to a Starbucks again. I hate you Starbucks. I don't want a free drink I want my shoes fixed. I was here on 10/28/2020 with my Fiance to meet our wedding planner. Parking is difficult. Someone is available to valet your car. I am not a generally a Starbucks person.
