Honestly I came to have a good time because it was my birthday night but this time was so different than my first. Friday night was my first time and I really enjoyed myself so I came back tonight. But tonight was a lot different I kept being bothered by a flower gentleman who I told I came alone so there was no one for me to buy flowers from. He was super persistent so I gave him 3$ anyways. He kept coming up to me to so I just gave him 3 more dollars to give flower to the performer. Idk maybe a language barrier so I didn’t understand I thought he said 1$ per flower so I gave home 3 usd. He approached me as if I stole from him so I paid him 200 pesos on top of the 3 extra usd I gave him. So at this point I paid him more than what I was supposed to and left. No one likes being bothered that many times if I’ve already said I am with no one. But this is so unfortunate because I was really enjoying myself. I only gave 3 stars instead of one because the gentleman with the hat tonight was so friendly and really showed me kindness and I appreciate him for that. He made my night so smooth but I didn’t come to be seen as a cheat I don’t steal I paid everything that was ask of me and left. I wish 11:11 much success
Update: if you allow him to do business in your club then he is indeed apart of your brand because from what you wrote most people enjoy and look for him. And him not being trained lol why would you let someone in your club who doesn’t know how to interact with everyone of your guest in a polite manner. You’re in or near Cancun sorry not sure of all the areas, but huge tourist area so any person from any region of the world could walk through your door. So what you’ve admitted is as long as your locals are happy that’s all that matters. And I’ll leave you with this, as a business owner myself. It’s ok as a business to take ownership. You guys deflect a lot in your responses to people who leave honest experiences after visiting 11:11. If you drop the ball just learn from it. That’s good business…and 15 years that place should be way more packed than my two experiences. Maybe try...
Read morevisited 11:11 in Cancun and had a wonderful experience. I first went on a Wednesday for my birthday. The crowd was small, no more than 15 people, but the drag show was absolutely incredible. The performer carried the entire night until 2:30 a.m., interacting with everyone, taking song requests, and creating such a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
Later that week, I returned on Saturday and the vibe was completely different. The place was packed, the energy was high, and the shows were nonstop. Several drag queens and two dancers kept the party going, with great music and an amazing crowd. What I especially loved is that most of the guests were locals, with just a few tourists, which made it feel authentic and even more special.
Getting there is simple with Uber, it drops you right at the entrance. Just across the street, there’s a local plaza with food stalls and artisan markets, which makes the area even more vibrant.
Overall, 11:11 is a must-visit in Cancun if you’re looking for a fun, inclusive, and energetic night out. I’d happily go back...
Read moreCame here with my partner on a Saturday night. We were a bit worried just from reading the reviews but honestly we had a good time! We were charged 250mx per person which was not a surprise, and I thought it was very reasonable. We got there around 11 and there was a 10-12 person line ahead of us. The line moved really fast and the front staff was very professional. Inside the music was a fun mix of mainstream English pop and Spanish beats. The drag show was very entertaining and by that time the club was packed and very hot. We went out to the smoking area for a quick relief. This is why I don’t understand why some reviews complained about no in and out privileges… we were just fine and didn’t need a reason to leave. After the drag show the music was mainly Spanish which also came as no surprise because guess what, we are in Mexico. Overall we had a really really fun time. It was a...
