McDonald´s — Restaurant in Cancún

Clean, nice new restaurant but no parking whatsoever, there are only like 4 spots at the front however, they do offer drive thru. I went there with my family at night and luckily we were able to find parking. The young lady at the front was rude, had a pretty bad attitude as she seemed to be really busy talking to all the guys on the back instead of doing her job, she also lacked basic hygiene as she was rubbing with her hand for a while on a stick that I was supposed to use to mix my coffee with 🤢. Bad customer service, the lady that took my money was not friendly, no courtesy at all. She wouldn't take my order at the register, she said "you have to use the kiosk" and I said to her I do not like using the kiosk, all these people are touching it with their dirty hands, ugh..!! The hash brown was cold and when I asked for milk for my coffee she tried to lecture me about asking for it at the kiosk, she made me feel like I was bothering her, the seating area and tables were...

Amazing McDonald’s - at least as good as our local McDonalds Slough in the UK Buns a little firmer than the British bun, patties very similar to- condone ts fantassic apart from one of our party didn’t much like the mayonnaise.

I would definitely recommend this McDonalds to anyone visiting Mexico - we loved it. Congratulations to the team.
