An Unforgettable Dining Experience with Chef Ricardo at Momo – Beach Palace Resort, Cancun

To celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary, I took my husband fishing, and we were lucky enough to bring back fresh barracuda filets. Chef Ricardo at Momo went above and beyond to make our experience truly special.

He took the time to go over the menu he had planned, asked for our input, and made us feel so welcome. He even checked in during our meal to ensure everything was perfect. To our surprise, he generously offered to prepare a second dinner the following evening with the rest of our fish!

The flavors, presentation, and attention to detail were beyond anything we could have imagined. Chef Ricardo’s passion for cooking and his genuine kindness made this one of the most memorable dining experiences of our lives.

We are incredibly grateful and can't recommend Chef Ricardo enough! If you’re dining at Momo, you’re in for treat!

We celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary with a very special meal at Momos, featuring fish we had caught the day before. From the moment we arrived, Felix welcomed us like an old friend, making us feel right at home. His service was impeccable, and his assistance in interpreting our menu with Chef Ricardo was invaluable.

Felix played a key role in making our dinner an unforgettable experience. To top off the perfect evening, he offered to prepare Mayan Coffee for us. The presentation was mesmerizing, and the coffee itself was the best I have ever had.

If you're staying at Beach Palace, don't skip on this restaurant! The food is excellent. I wanted to keep ordering because I felt like I was missing out on things. Service was very good. However the Food was just ok. Sushi,sashimi, grilled salmon, shrimp etc so many we had ,but just average level, Only the Sushi and sashimi was fast , the other dish we waited almost 1hour .
