Starbucks La Isla Cancun II — Restaurant in Cancún

Stopped into this Starbucks after our morning walk for a little adventure from our hotel. Enjoyed the familiarity of the Starbucks, but these stores in Mexico are quite different. They don't offer many tea options (no London Fog Lattes!) but we still enjoyed a treat, mint tea plus smoothy and breakfast. Found it interesting that sous vide eggs are not ever offered at these stores, typically a good go-to for us when traveling....good protein! This Starbucks saved the morning. Showed up to two breakfast places that said open online - one buffet and the crepe factory both were not open! Went to Starbucks. Cancun Starbucks had way more food options then the US. We loved the poblano sandwich last time we were here and again so good.

The stores poor stacking of glass mugs made it impossible to grab one without breaking it. I tried grabbing one to purchase and it broke as I pulled out the box and had to pay for a broken one. Such a large company could have taken care of it since it was not stacked properly. Been a customer for...
