I had a very disappointing experience at this rotisserie chicken place. The chicken was poorly cooked—extremely dry, lacking any juices, and not flavorful at all. The inside of the restaurant was filled with smoke and grease, and I was coughing constantly from the heavy fumes.
What upset me the most was that I have a serious allergy to pork. Eating pork causes swelling in my airways, so I avoid it completely. I ordered a pozole soup, and the server assured me it was made entirely with chicken. However, I found a piece of pork belly in the soup. When I brought it up, the server told me that since I had already taken a bite, they wouldn’t refund or replace the dish.
This was not only frustrating but dangerous to my health. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially if you have dietary restrictions...

Many of the restaurant owners and employees do not care about quality of service because they think that all of their customers are tourists that will leave and never return.
