Casa Valentina — Restaurant in Ildefonso Green

Our family just came here to celebrate our parents 40th Anniversary, because it’s their favorite in Cabo and I can see why! It was so quaint and quiet (we came for dinner on a Tuesday evening and were the only ones there until one other couple showed up as we were finishing up), and we all left shocked that more people weren’t there.

The food was some of our favorite in Cabo. The favorite amongst the table was the Tesoro de Oaxaca (it’s like a Mexican pizza). For dessert, everyone raved about the flan, and the churros were delicious and came in the cutest little churro cart with additional toppings. The table side salsa was delectable, and you get to pick what roasted vegetables you’d like to add.

Since it was our parents anniversary they of course brought them a dessert, but also did the most thoughtful celebration with a candle where everyone goes around and shared a few special words for the couple. We were all emotional and it was the most thoughtful and special a restaurant has ever been for a celebration!

A breakfast restaurant that charges for coffee refill? That is new, ok I get it you are a fancy place because you have a pebbled garden and quaint Mexican decor that is all the rage now a days. Thing is quaint decor does not mean cheap... and they clearly spend as much in theirs as they do in their food; if you are charging high prices you better deliver. Super mediocre food ZERO creativity and if not precisely expensive you'll be left wondering why they charge what they charge. So much so that they have the gall to bring the check with tip added. Casa Valentina is a true hidden gem in Los Cabos! From the moment you step inside, you're transported to a charming garden oasis. The patio area is absolutely adorable, with lush plants and twinkling lights that create a magical atmosphere. The food is as delightful as the ambiance.
