This place is a little ways from the main road, about 5- 10 minute walk. But it is a chance to get away from the noise and crowd. I think there are a total of 20 rooms, 10 up and 10 down. It is in a quiet street and the lobby is surrounded by lots of plants. Their rooms are very spacious with one queen bed and one twin and a nice closet for clothes. Oh, and though you do not need it this time of the year, it has an A/C and internet connection (signal) is strong. In essence, you can have up to 3 people in the room. Fresh towels daily and there is also a tiny refrigerator. ||||Everything is okay for the budget price that you are paying. It is a family owned hotel and most of the workers are related. Some of the workers smoke. I suppose they allow it as there are no signs that you cannot. But the smoke travels from the ground floor and up where we were staying. The smell stays of course, Duh! The owners live in the premises and I think most of the workers. There is a spacious parking lot at the back and there were nights when the gates are closed, there is a worker talking to the people outside and noise was not controlled. Read moreI've seen some travel websites list this place as a hostel, which totally baffles me, because it is not a hostel in any way. I stayed for a week in late November until early December of 2016, in a private room with private bathroom, ductless air conditioner, mini refrigerator and television in the room. I can't remember anymore if the television was flat screen, but the fact that I can't remember means it probably was flat screen, as it didn't make a memorable impression in my mind, other than the fact that it worked and I watched it without any problems the entire duration of my stay. The owner lives on site, so the hotel is safe and we'll taken care of. There is a community room on the first floor with a large selection of books to borrow, and the room itself was very attractive with nice natural colored woodframed windows. The location is right in the central section of Cabo San Lucas, on Ignacio Zaragoza street. It's a very short walk to the main downtown streets. And the price is unbeatable. Very affordable and a lot of value for...
