We booked a whale-watching experience with Wild Cabo Adventures, and it turned into a complete nightmare. Here's our experience:

Shuttle No-Show: -We were instructed to wait outside our hotel lobby in San José del Cabo at 7:20 AM for the shuttle. -We arrived early at 7:10 AM but the shuttle never showed up. No one from Wild Cabo contacted us to provide updates or explanations. Poor Communication: -Our hotel concierge attempted to contact them multiple times on our behalf but received vague, noncommittal responses. -Instead of providing clear or reassuring updates, Wild Cabo left us in limbo, making us worry that our $500 trip and once-in-a-lifetime whale-watching opportunity were ruined. Panic and Last-Minute Arrangements: -With no help from Wild Cabo, our concierge had to arrange a taxi to get us to San Cabo Lucas in time. -Even when we arrived, Wild Cabo was difficult to locate and utterly disorganized. Lack of Accountability: -The entire ordeal was a source of immense stress and frustration, especially since this was our last day in Cabo and we were leaving later that evening. -Wild Cabo demonstrated no care for their customers and seemed only interested in taking our money without delivering the promised service. Final Thoughts: -Having visited Cabo multiple times and booked excursions through other agencies, I can confidently say Wild Cabo is the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. -They completely lack customer service, reliability, and accountability. The sunset dinner cruise was so amazing! Great scenery, which included a nice slow cruise around lands end, giving great photo opportunities for all. A long photographic pause to take in the arch and meet a lot of fantastic people from all across North America. The highlight of that cruise was witnessing a pod of dolphins hunting very nearby. The dolphins entertained all who were lucky enough to watch. They propelled themselves out of the water reaching heights of 6-8 feet in the air before diving downward back into the sea of Cortez. Another highlight was witnessing two whales in the harbour which was unusual because they should have been on a journey northward towards Alaska. It was a curious treat. The crew was very interactive with everyone and we befriended a young interesting member of that crew who along with his friend and vacationing sisters who also attended the cruise happily visited my Cabo home and also accompanied us to enjoy the night entertainment that Cabo San Lucas has to offer. I highly recommend this three hour sunset cruise to anyone who wants an outstanding social and dining experience along with an unpredictable, unprecedented show of nature if one is so lucky. I left one star out of the five star rating which I shouldn’t have, but the meal as good as it was, didn’t meet my expectations, but I’m only one person and I’m sure that the meal would exceed other people’s expectations. Booked the buccaneer snorkel cruise through our hotel. Arrived at the Marina at noon like the instructions told us. Come to find out that our cruise had been cancelled and we had been put on a sunset cruise in the evening (6 hours later). They didn't notify us before we took cabs to the Marin (there were 14 of us). We had dinner reservations at 6 so that didn't work. They said they could fit is on a different cruise leaving soon. The staff was rude, the music was way too loud, and the snorkeling was terrible. I asked for money off since they had changed our cruise without telling us. They initially said yes but then we got off the boat they asked me back to the counter and gave me some story about the woman who said yes initially would have to pay the difference if we didn't pay and it was her first week, etc. etc. I asked to speak to her boss but they just kept manipulating me to pay the difference so this young woman wouldn't have to. Later, I asked the hotel to try to get a partial refund (the cruise we went on costs less then the one we had booked, so we should at least get the difference). That didn't happen. I would definitely avoid...
