We just got home from 5 days on the island and can’t say enough of our experience at M7. We started with no expectations and we were doing a bar crawl through town to see all the different places. From the outside M7 is understated (in a good way:) once you go in, the bar is closer to the beach, which was a great view. The atmosphere was good and music was low and background noise. But just the way we like it. (Not a heavy loud thumping) The bartender Augustine greeted us and was very engaging. He covered the bar and a few tables and was attentive and on point with drinks. Anyone can “serve” a cocktail but a good bartender will keep you at the bar. He was the reason we ended up ordering quite a few drinks and lunch. We had pico de gallo and chicken quesadillas- both were delicious. We ultimately ended up there for 3 plus hours. So yea we found “our spot” highly recommend M7 beach club if you like a more laid back atmosphere and a great bartender. Thanks Augustine- See...
Read moreAbsolutely terrible!! Don’t even waste your time. Unsanitary as can be. Server delivered my food to another table… the food was handled, then brought straight to my table…. Disgusting!! They insisted that I paid for the food that was contaminated. I had to argue with the owner just to remove the item from my tab. Told me it was my responsibility to pay for food touched by other customers….. gross! They are liars saying they remade the tacos in 30 seconds when all they did is scrape them...
Read moreBest lobster I've ever had in my life!! Visited on Easter Sunday. The place was pretty empty at 3pm-ish. I had the bar all to myself. The view from my bar swing was lovely. Augustin was a fantastic bartender. He literally guessed which drink I was going to order before I even ordered them. No joke. Maybe I'm that easy to read? The tequila lobster he recommended was the best lobster I've had in the Caribbean, and I've been to damn near every island. Drinks were strong and delicious. Was it pricy? Sure, but you're on one of the most expensive islands in Mexico in the most touristy part of the island. Of course it's going to be expensive! Walk in knowing that, and...
