Yacht Parking, But Not Much Else Muelle 7 offered free yacht parking, which is why our captain recommended it as a convenient option. The staff at the entrance was friendly and welcoming, which started things off on a good note. However, the experience quickly shifted. The place felt off—tables were mostly empty, which raised some concerns about the food. While reviewing the menu, I overheard a nearby table having an issue with being charged for something they hadn’t ordered. When they questioned it, the waiter responded in a noticeably rude tone. I decided to keep things simple and ordered a salad. Before that, some chips were brought to the table, but they had a stale taste. The lemonade was surprisingly good—though it was served in an oversized, heavy glass that felt excessive. Overall: Unless you’re there for the yacht parking, I’d recommend skipping this spot. The atmosphere and service don’t live up to expectations.

This place is "Ok" foodwise, but very overpriced. You are essentially paying for the beachfront location. What was good: location (beachfront on Norte) & cocktails; Food was average. What WASNT good: Cost - USD $90 for family of four eating four meals with just two cocktails & one dessert!; The dessert was disgusting - the pineapple smelt/had hint of meat. They had used same grill for meat, without wiping down; while the coconut icecream was in deepfreeze & had crunchy icicles in it. Also uncool- owner or manager kept going on about the Tip as we were settling the bill. Going so far as mentioning 15% or 20%! Very un-Mexican & very American shall we say. Clear this mostly caters for American tourists so has imported the worst of US tipping culture (been allover Mexico for previous 2 weeks & not seen this type of behaviour!). Not impressed!

So start with the good. Location and sunset opportunities. Now the reality. You can expect lower quality when it’s a restaurant so close to playa norte, but this was pretty atrocious. The margaritas were just… fine. Ok not a terrible start. Then the empanadas… forgettable. Next Pescado ceviche was some hackneyed (probably leftover) grouper with strips and chunks of fish. When the pulpo ceviche came out to the table as camerones ceviche, we sent it back (maybe the kitchen was signaling something). When the pulpo came out it did not taste right and we let our server know, but we were still charged for it despite not eating but two (also hackneyed) pieces. Finish with another positive. The best thing was the chipotles whipped with crema they serve with some chips. Avoid level: 10/10

If I could I would give this restaurant zero stars. My sister and I went here from recommendation of the people from the island and was looking for whole fish to eat. We got the menu which was in Spanish and so we had to decipher what we wanted. We asked for fried fish and I wanted beans with my order and my sister wanted potatoes instead of rice. The waiter went to ask if they potatoes but never informed us if they did.Once we got our food we saw it wasn’t what we wanted but still was going to to decide to eat it. After ONE bite, we did not like the fish, it was dry, cold and bland. The vegetables didn’t taste like vegetables and the rice was not what we expected. We told the waiter we did not like the food and we will pay for our drinks but we didn’t want the food. He called the manager and the chef and we explained the same thing to them as well. They told us we still had to pay for the food since it already left the kitchen. We still said we will not pay for the food because we did not eat it. So they called the police on us and seven officers came to our table and told us “once the food hits the table we have to pay”. The officer never heard our side and kept saying “ we consumed the food so we had to eat” and we told him we did not not! Other customers around us witnessed this and seen that we did not eat our food. They forced us to pay!!!!!! On top of that he charged us for beans that he failed to mention they did not have. I would NOT recommend this place! The waiter, manager and chef were rude and insensitive. The police NEVER heard our side and “tapped his handcuffs” as if to threaten us for not paying for food WE DID NOT EAT!!!!! I will never be back to this horrible place and do not recommend it if looking for good...

We stopped here for a quick bite before we had to get back on our boat & it was horrible. The service was probably the worst I've ever had, we had an older man with glasses & upon arriving he told us the food would take "40min" and we said that is fine, although it wasn't even busy. After that he didn't even take our drink order over 40min into us being there but attended to a table of ladies that got there after we did. We had to call another waiter to get them to take our orders. We ordered drinks & by that time our other family who was being served by someone else was already done eating & we hadn't even ordered our food. We called the waiter over & he finally took our order but said it would still take 40min. We all ordered fried shrimp with rice and fries. When our food came out we had veggies & rice. We told the guy who brought our food out that we had all asked for fries instead of veggies & he apologized and said he would tell the waiter and have them right out. When he told our waiter in front of us, our waiter to our face said "We ran out of fries thats why" but the guy had already told us he would have them out and we told him that & he then said "oh okay let me check then" & then brought out a small plate of fries, which he tried lying about not having. Then why let us order them in the first place??? Once we started eating, our rice was ROCK HARD. Extremely undercooked & so were the veggies. Waiting over 40min for the food to come you'd think everything would be cooked. Over all horrible service, food and the prices are ridiculous. Not worth it, try any other restaurant on the island but this one. Save your...

Probably one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. A friend group and I went for dinner on a Saturday night. The menu looked pretty good and we ordered two bottles of wine, appetizers, and dinner entrées. The appetizers never came out. We ordered ceviche and chips and guac. The only thing we got were the chips and they were dyed red and green with food coloring and had a piece of plastic wrap over them. They were also stale. The bottle of red wine was replaced with a much more expensive bottle and had we not caught it, we would have spent much more than we wanted on a mediocre bottle of wine. One friend ordered the lobster - the spiny tail Caribbean version, which is much cheaper than Maine lobster. It was listed at market price and we were told it would be $175 for a tail. She decided not to order it so the price was then reduced to $91. Which is still absurd. So she canceled her order and ordered something else. But the food never came. And when we asked about it the manager said it was ready but at that point we did not trust that they weren’t trying to scam us with over-priced wine and lobster so we decided to cancel our order and leave. We then discovered that the poor waiter would have to pay for our meals out of his own pocket so we tipped him enough to make him whole. It was an overall...
