We’ve eaten at this place probably 4-5 times over the last several years. We usually stop once each vacation. It’s always been fine - nothing spectacular but consistent. Today was shockingly bad and I’m really hoping we didn’t just eat something that is going to give us food poisoning within hours of starting our vacation. My husband’s burger seemed fine per him. The second bite of mine however felt and looked like I was eating nearly raw meat. There was still soft raw connective tissue in the meat that you could stretch as you pulled off a piece of the patty. I told them about the issue as they asked when I clearly had stopped eating after two bites and the only solution was offering to remake it, but at that point I was so grossed out I couldn’t eat anything else from there. For a $195 peso burger I at the very least expect it...
