Let me start off by saying never again. There was 4 tables being served including us not busy at all. We waited 10 minutes before someone came to our table to ask what we wanted to drink they took another 10 to bring out the drinks, mind you my drink was just a coke. We then ordered our food plus appetizers all together they took about 20 minutes to bring everything out food+appetizers in that case I don’t understand the point of appetizers. The food was not savory one of the shrimps in a pasta we ordered was not fully cooked it was still gray on one side, never once did our server come to our table to ask how everything was or if we were missing anything my fries came out cold took about another 10 minutes to get a warm batch. When we decided to finally leave our server came up to us as we were walking out complaining about his tip saying we only left him a 4% tip. That was such the best dinner we have had in our two weeks in Guadalajara. The food was top notch, The service was five star, The atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing and the prices were more than fair. Being from Las Vegas, NV, I would expect a high quality steak to be $75-150 on average. The steaks we received were huge and the price was amazing at $25-$35 for ribeye and New York steaks. We also had the Alfredo which was delicious. Our steaks were prepared tableside which was a fun experience. We also had tableside drinks made by their wonderful mixologist. We told him what we like to drink, and he concocted cocktails that were absolutely perfect based on our flavor profile that we gave him. The service here was very good and I enjoyed the atmosphere. We arrived for the buffet as we had heard great reviews about it. I came with three friends expecting the nice plating and food that comes with these sort of restaurants but we ran into multiple problems with the food! We received the incorrect order of spaghetti, upon receiving the correct order my friend found a hair in it. Another friend ordered a chicken sandwich and it came raw. Management was very considerate about this but public kitchens should abide by the correct standards especially for this price! My food came with splotches around the plate and there seemed to be an overall leniency for details here. My other friend got the steak and chorizo and got sick.
