Another 5 Star experience at DAX. Chef Luis trained in Paris for 2 years. He's incredible. I asked to speak with him on arrival and then put myself in his hands. I asked him to surprise me with a coursed meal. We had 5.courses and each was spectacular. Erick is the wine Steward and offers wonderful suggestions for wines. He spent time going through many French selections with us and we were extremely pleased with our choice thanks to his help. Go to DAX.
