In a matter of 24 hours, I am eating at El Vegano Urbano. Shoutout to YouTubers Cafe con Leche for giving well-deserved props. These vegan tacos are legit. There's no processed vegan stuff. My family and I visited Guadalajara and a couple of people in our group are vegans. We tried a few places to find our favorite vegan restaurant. This was THE place! It's a tiny space. Only counter seating. But the food was big on flavor. Even the non-vegans in our group loved the food. Our favorite was the Barbacoa de Champinones and the Tacos de Setas Estilo KFC. If you’re looking for authentic tacos in the area I can’t recommend this place enough. The food is AMAZING. Hands down the best tacos Ive ever had.
