I’ve been meaning to leave a review for Norbert’s for awhile. I stopped in a few times for lunch and every time, the food and drinks are fantastic. I love the torta with panela and pierna. The cubano is also delicious- so are the spicy sauces. The frappes are also good! Nice employees, consistent food, big portions. I will keep coming back. Much better than many of the sit down restaurants and there is some seating, too.

We went here for an afternoon meal. Having had some great burritas de marlin at other places in Puerto Vallarta, I thought we should try them here. It was an excellent decision! "Muy chingon" as my friends here would say. There was very little talk during our meal other than "could you please pass the salsa" as we were very interested in our food. Maybe next time we will slow down, talk, and enjoy our food for longer. Very highly...
